2. What these terms cover

   These terms govern your use of this website only. They are informational pages about our company and our work. This website does not offer accounts, does not take payments, and does not process transactions.

   By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. Our products are governed separately

   Use of any product we make — including CloudMess — is governed by the separate agreement and product terms that apply to that product, not by these website terms. Where the two differ, the product terms prevail for that product.

   Applicable product terms: use of CloudMess is governed by the separate CloudMess terms of service, available at cloudmess.in.

4. Acceptable use

   You agree not to:

   • use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable Indian law;
   • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system;
   • interfere with the site's normal operation, including by automated scraping at a rate that degrades service, or by attempting to introduce malicious code;
   • copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site's content without our written permission, except as sections 5 and 6 allow.

5. Our content

   Unless stated otherwise, the text, layout, design and graphics on this website belong to us or are used by us under licence, and are protected by Indian and international copyright law.

   You may view these pages, and print or download extracts for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not use them commercially without our written permission.

   The Outfit and Inter typefaces used on this site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License; their licence texts are published alongside the font files.

6. Our name and marks

   "InfiWorks", "CloudMess", the InfiWorks wordmark and the InfiWorks icon are our marks. Nothing on this website grants you any licence or right to use them.

   Registration status of these marks: the "InfiWorks" and "CloudMess" names, the InfiWorks wordmark and the InfiWorks icon are used by us but are not currently registered trademarks.

7. Links to other websites

   This website links to cloudmess.in, and may link to other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any website we link to, and a link is not an endorsement. Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices, which you should read.

8. Availability and accuracy

   We try to keep this website available and its content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

   The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
